The Shadowland Theatre in Ellenville continues its 2015 season with a production of Peter Glazer’s musical Woody Guthrie’s American Song. Directed by Chris “Red” Blisset, the musical runs from August 7 through 30 at the newly renovated Actors’ Equity theater. Over two dozen of his songs are used in the show.

The cast features Kendra Jo Brook, Craig MacDonald, Jennie Malone, Sean Powell and Ian Brodsky, who also act as the band, playing a number of instruments. Regular ticket prices cost $39 Thursdays through Saturdays, $34 on Sundays. Showtimes are 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m. There is a special additional performance at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 8 during Ellenville’s famous Blueberry Festival.
