If you’d like to submit information about an upcoming event for publication in our popular calendar of events, please e-mail a single-spaced, plain-text document file to Donna Keefe, our calendar manager, at Send the name of the event, time, date, location of event, a telephone number (for publication) and admission charge (specify if free). A brief description is helpful, too. Events are published in the newspaper as a community service and on a space-available basis. Almanac Weekly’s calendar is printed on Tuesdays, so we must receive all entries no later than the previous Friday at noon. Boice Bros. Dairy 100th Anniversary Birthday Bash (7/20, 12-4pm). The party features live music, ice cream, food, prizes and entertainment.
