How to get your event in Almanac Weekly’s calendar:

If you’d like to submit information about an upcoming event for publication in our popular calendar of events, please e-mail a single-spaced, plain-text document file to Donna Keefe, our calendar manager, at Send the name of the event, time, date, location of event, a telephone number (for publication) and admission charge (specify if free). A brief description is helpful, too. Events are published in the newspaper as a community service and on a space-available basis. Almanac Weekly’s calendar is printed on Tuesdays, so we must receive all entries no later than the previous Friday at noon.
